The BXAI Summer Program 2025 is an exciting opportunity for Bai Xian Scholars to deepen their understanding of current global challenges, foster community, and immerse themselves in the history, culture, and beauty of Japan. Hosted in Tokyo in collaboration with Hitotsubashi University Business School, School of International Corporate Strategy (Hitotsubashi ICS), this year’s program will focus on “Aging in Society,” exploring Japan’s demographic shifts and its broader implications across East and Southeast Asia.
Beyond academic discussions, scholars will engage in team building activities, soft skills workshops, and student-led presentations designed to enhance personal and professional growth. The program will culminate in an inspiring “Orchestral Conducting Leadership” workshop, followed by an uplifting closing ceremony and gala dinner, where scholars, alumni, BX friends, and staff will celebrate the successful completion of the Summer Program and the friendships and memories formed over the previous two weeks.
The 2025 Summer Program promises to be a transformative experience for our 11th cohort of scholars, who will emerge empowered to be future leaders and equipped with insights, skills, and connections vital to driving positive change across the region.
